Terms & payments

Lola shows you the breakdown (subtotal, tax (6%) and total) before you confirm. Prices are the ones on our menu, and the total is calculated by the system, not by the hostess.

Your order goes to the kitchen as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you don't pay, it isn't prepared.

You pay by card on the secure page of Square, the restaurant's payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Tips are optional and go in full to the restaurant team.

The payment link is good for 30 minutes. If it expires, you can request a new one from your order page within the next 24 hours, or place a new order with Lola.

If you need to change or cancel an order you already paid for, call us as soon as possible at (517) 614-1360. If the kitchen hasn't started it yet, we'll cancel it and refund your money to the same card.

A paid order that isn't picked up is not refunded automatically: call us and we'll work it out with you.

Refunds are issued by the restaurant through Square and take as long as your bank takes (usually 5 to 10 days).

Reservations are free. If you can't make it, let us know at (517) 614-1360 so we can give the table to another family.

Lola is a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence, not a person. She can make mistakes: what counts is the ticket shown on the page and the amount on Square's payment page. For allergies or any important question, call us at (517) 614-1360.

We keep only what's needed to prepare your order or your reservation: your name, your phone number if you give it to us, what you ordered, the pickup time and the payment status. It is used only by La Mulata to serve you.

We don't sell or share your data. If you'd like us to delete it, call us at (517) 614-1360.

Your conversation with Lola is processed by an artificial intelligence service to understand your order; don't type card details in the chat.

To provide the service we use these providers, which handle your data only for that purpose: Square (payments), an artificial intelligence service (your conversation with Lola), Supabase (database) and Vercel (website hosting). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies: this page only stores the language you chose in your browser. Since we don't track anyone, your browser's "Do Not Track" signal doesn't change anything here.

If we change this policy, we'll post it here with its date.
